This article explains setting up a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Vigor Routers with the same IP range. The main issue is two routes to the same subnet, causing conflicts. If changing the subnet isn't possible, translating the local IP to an unused range for the VPN is a workaround. It also covers configuration steps for DrayOS 5 routers.
