Recently the MyVigor server has been upgraded to a new system architecture which includes security enhancements. As a result, new firmware will be required for DrayTek devices to take advantage of the new security enhancements.
New firmware has been made available from 23 March on the DrayTek downloads web page: https://www.draytek.com/support/latest-firmwares/
The new firmware will be available on the Australian web site with the next few days.
MyVigor customers will receive an email from DrayTek informing them of the activation link and to upgrade router firmware to the latest version. The email will look similar to the image below:
If you encounter any issues with the MyVigor, contact us at support@draytek.com.au and include the following information:
1. The problem description
2. The device's model name and the firmware version
3. The device's LAN MAC and the MyVigor account details
